Othmar Aeschi is head of the commercial register and has extensive experience as a lawyer and notary public with leading Swiss business law firms. He specializes in commercial and corporate law, commercial register law, contract law and as a notary public in notarial law. He also advises private individuals and companies comprehensively with in-depth specialist knowledge in inheritance law, foundation law, real estate law, labor law, tenancy law, immigration law as well as company name and trademark law. His working languages are German, English, Spanish and French.
